Forgiveness: A Path to Cultivating Peace, Health, and Harmony

Forgiveness is “the ability to let go of bitterness and resentment.”

These qualities of bitterness and resentment are not conducive to cultivating peace, happiness, health and harmony within.

You cannot maintain health, if lurking within yourself is any aspect of bitterness or resentment toward yourself or others.

This consciousness of resentment is a gift.  It is pointing the way toward the action you must take to liberate your own heart from the burdens it is carrying.

You can lie to others, but not to your own heart.  If it is true your heart imprints your DNA, you do not want your entire physical structure and energy pattern embodying resentment and bitterness.

Remember, the bible teaches, “so a man thinketh in his heart so is he.”  Release this pattern, it is not serving you.

If you cannot do it today, ask that you may get there soon, and approach the issue again each day as many times as you desire to set yourself free from negativity.

The sooner you address it the sooner you embody more peace.

Any thought within you that creates disharmony is a key to something you need to work on within yourself.  The ability to forgive what is going on within you will lead you to a deeper place of self acceptance.

As this occurs you will more easily be able to forgive others in their disharmonious ways.  You will maintain peace better in all situations.

Your disharmony is yours and your responsibility is to dismantle or reshape the thought which is creating it.

Mahatma Gandhi once said “The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.”  Wouldn’t you like to have people look upon you and think how strong in character you are?

You should really know for yourself how strong you are and this is one way to find out.

People sometimes say.  I can forgive, but I cannot forget.  Henry Ward Beecher said this “is only another way of saying, I will not forgive.

Forgiveness ought to be like a canceled note -- torn in two, and burned up, so that it never can be shown against one.”  You can reach into your heart and forgive, no one can do it for you and it only hurts you if you don’t.

The other person gets on with their life while you are still carrying the bitterness within yourself which poisons your own blood and weighs heavily upon your soul. Not a good plan.

The more you reach within yourself to understand and forgive you learn to love yourself deeper.  You are being triggered by your own demons which are usually projected onto others allowing you to see your lack of self confidence, fear that you are what you are seeing, etc.

You are able to forgive to the extent that you love and accept your poor qualities and your good qualities.  In either case the poor or good are only the judgments you place upon yourself.

As you practice the art of forgiveness toward yourself and others, you will allow you to feel peace and become more relaxed.

François de La Rochefoucauld said “we pardon to the extent that we love.”  It’s true, take a look at it within you.

Oscar Wilde said “always forgive your enemies -- nothing annoys them so much.”  I would not suggest aiming at annoying another for your own liberation from disharmony, but you have to keep laughing.

I quoted Wilde as you need to keep your sense of humor in this process, it’s ironically funny once we walk through it and realize it was such a waste of time and energy.  Yet it reaps great benefit for yourself and others.

Disharmony, resentment, or bitterness pushes you away from others and yourself.  This resistance keeps the goodness and abundance which radiates out from your Source at bay and it cannot flow; therefore, peace cannot preside within you.

Know it is possible to attain peace and harmony within yourself.

Practice Feeling "Good"

Have you ever noticed that your spouse is irritated or happy when they wake up in the morning before they even say anything?

Do you know when your child is upset before they even make a sound, or speak in the morning?

Have you ever just picked up the phone before it rang and there was someone on the other end of it who wanted to speak to you?

Well, I’ld say that you feel energy if you said yes to any of these questions.  It’s proof that there is no separation between us and that frequency travels.

Not that we are not aware of that from radios,  TVs, cell phones, etc. If we are aware of this then we may as well start to make use of it in our reality.

Pick a positive energy that you would like to feel.  Establish today as the day for practicing feeling the power of that energy which brings light and joy to your life.

If anything takes you off of that feeling practice bringing yourself back to the initial feeling you could sense.

If you were working with gratefulness, feel the power of the energy of gratefulness.

Pick something in your life that you are grateful for and try to sense the energy behind that emotion.  Or, think about what you are grateful for and allow that energy and emotion to arise within you.

Sense how your body starts to feel when you focus on being in a state of gratitude.

How does that energy move within you?  How do you feel that emotion run through you?

Is it like a swirling of an invisible light within the heart region of the body which then moves throughout you?

Do you feel the muscles within your body start to relax?

What are your impressions of this emotion and the energy behind it?  Can you start to call it up at will?

Play with the energy behind a positive emotion today and cultivate it within you.

Watch how you feel after dwelling on this experience.

Choose this emotion and hold the energy as long as you can, even when other people are experiencing other than that in your presence.

How did you do, and what did you experience?

Avoidance Mechanisms, Your Disease, and Transforming It

Each disease has it’s own energetic imprint allowing it to take hold.

These consciousness states behind each disease are similar with their pattern reflecting what is bothering you whether at a conscious or subconscious level.

Releasing these patterns changes your life for the better influencing your physical body in miraculous ways.

If you are unconsciously holding onto negative thoughts about yourself, know it is absolutely possible to free yourself from them.  The manifesting results in your life are a reflection of these thoughts.

Whether it be physical, spiritual, or emotional issues they are manifesting and they are changeable.  Each block is identifiable through spiritual healing techniques.

Whether it be:  you are craving for the sweetness of life and so blood sugar issues arise, you can’t stop saying bad things about another and have bad teeth, you feel not safe in your body or resent it and so you gain weight, or you don’t want to look within and be alone with your own thoughts so you lose your hearing,  I suggest you look at your individual avoidance mechanism before it manifests disease.

These ideas go on and on.  You are the only thinker in your head; you can clear old false beliefs.  I can teach you how to remove an old pattern so that your entire being will change, symptoms can go away.

You can learn the techniques I use and adapt them to how you need to process your issues, whether it be physical or emotional.  I have the ability to feel people’s energy patterns within their body when I am in a state of compassion and they allow me to help them.

If you are unaware of your false beliefs I can assist you in becoming aware of them.  I am able to use my innate gifts as a healer to help you recognize the beliefs and remove them from you through what may be called a directed prayer state.

Once learned, you can process your own false beliefs.

All the talking in the world cannot extricate a false belief, but you can start to feel yourself shift as patterns are cleared with the use of the spiritual healing techniques I apply.

Once you feel what it’s like to let something go and the energy shift occurs, you can duplicate that feeling in other parts of your life and healing.

This is like learning to feel what an alpha state is, to feel what it’s like to really meditate.  I can verbally explain it, but until you experience it the true understanding is not there.

Are You Tuning in to Health or Disease?

Are You Tuning in to Health or Disease?

Are you healthy?  Don’t focus on the fact that you are not healthy, or in pain, or owning a specific disease’s label, but focus on being healthy.

How do you get there and what is that like?

When you tune your radio to a specific station that is the only station you will pick up.

A disease state is the same way.  There is a pattern to what is behind your disease.  It is a solid thought that you believe to be true, a core belief getting in the way of your living.

Maybe you know in your head you are good at what you do, but within your heart you think you’re not that good at it.  Your hands may start to ache, or whatever you use most in what you do will start to act up.

If you are really angry about something, you may get inflammation in your body, the stored anger results in redness and inflammation.  You may get indigestion, unable to digest what is going on around you.

Disease reflects your perceptions of the world around you or your underlying beliefs.

There is a root core belief behind the illness, that if found, can reverse the disease.  You can choose another station to tune into.  Finding the source of conflict within ourselves and removing it is like taking your foot off of the garden hose and the water can begin to flow again.

You are removing the conscious belief of a perceived stress and the energy within the body starts to flow again.  If you can choose a new way of thinking, which is possible, health may be restored.

The internal conflict resolution restores the basic essence of our life force to all tissues reinstating the aim of our energy toward life (rather than death). Don’t stand on that garden hose, it hurts you.

If you believe that you are not worthy of thriving or you don’t deserve to thrive, you will not thrive.

It's like tuning a radio station to 99.9Hz, that is the only station you can receive.

If you do not like what you are receiving, change the station. In other words change the thought, and if you can’t, you need to find another way.

Look for the false core belief you are holding and clear it.   This may take time, but it is better than masking a symptom, and there are no negative side effects.

I work here as many people cannot clear these thoughts on their own and are not conscious of the core beliefs they are buying into at a subconscious level.  I can show you how to clear old belief patterns no longer serving you.

A bad radio station is like a negative core belief, it's dis-ease. Tuning into a bad station doesn't allow you to pick up a different frequency, you're stuck listening to terrible music for hours. With a negative core belief you are not allowing yourself to see things outside of the darkness with which you perceive the world.

These chronic patterns are changeable. Seek to take the inner journey and change them.

It is really life changing to face the false beliefs stored in your subconscious and wash them out of your heart, patterning for life freeing ideas instead.  If you need assistance in pinpointing the dis-ease behind a disease, please seek assistance. This is an aspect of what I do and the results are amazing.
