Practice Feeling "Good"

Have you ever noticed that your spouse is irritated or happy when they wake up in the morning before they even say anything?

Do you know when your child is upset before they even make a sound, or speak in the morning?

Have you ever just picked up the phone before it rang and there was someone on the other end of it who wanted to speak to you?

Well, I’ld say that you feel energy if you said yes to any of these questions.  It’s proof that there is no separation between us and that frequency travels.

Not that we are not aware of that from radios,  TVs, cell phones, etc. If we are aware of this then we may as well start to make use of it in our reality.

Pick a positive energy that you would like to feel.  Establish today as the day for practicing feeling the power of that energy which brings light and joy to your life.

If anything takes you off of that feeling practice bringing yourself back to the initial feeling you could sense.

If you were working with gratefulness, feel the power of the energy of gratefulness.

Pick something in your life that you are grateful for and try to sense the energy behind that emotion.  Or, think about what you are grateful for and allow that energy and emotion to arise within you.

Sense how your body starts to feel when you focus on being in a state of gratitude.

How does that energy move within you?  How do you feel that emotion run through you?

Is it like a swirling of an invisible light within the heart region of the body which then moves throughout you?

Do you feel the muscles within your body start to relax?

What are your impressions of this emotion and the energy behind it?  Can you start to call it up at will?

Play with the energy behind a positive emotion today and cultivate it within you.

Watch how you feel after dwelling on this experience.

Choose this emotion and hold the energy as long as you can, even when other people are experiencing other than that in your presence.

How did you do, and what did you experience?

  1. Nice post Dr. Joseph. Napoleon Hill, in "Think and Grow Rich" suggested that we can't hold both positive and negative thoughts in our mind at the same time. I think he was right. Thanks for the insight.

  2. I have had an amazing day on a workshop where we had to do the maddest things and the vibration in the room was very powerful and thats what I would like to hold onto. I have anchored it.

I started the day with pain in my chest - the pain of uncertainty and I walked away with so much positive energy.

  3. I often start off the day feeling MEH, and then choose to let go of that energy or emotion and choose another to set the tone for the day. I do notice a physical difference in how I feel when I hold on to the negative energies and emotions (I get sore, tense, have a lupus attack), versus when I embrace positive emotions and energies.

    Great piece! <3
