Are You Tuning in to Health or Disease?

Are you healthy?  Don’t focus on the fact that you are not healthy, or in pain, or owning a specific disease’s label, but focus on being healthy.  

How do you get there and what is that like?

When you tune your radio to a specific station that is the only station you will pick up. 

A disease state is the same way.  There is a pattern to what is behind your disease.  It is a solid thought that you believe to be true, a core belief getting in the way of your living. 

 Maybe you know in your head you are good at what you do, but within your heart you think you’re not that good at it.  Your hands may start to ache, or whatever you use most in what you do will start to act up.   

If you are really angry about something, you may get inflammation in your body, the stored anger results in redness and inflammation.  You may get indigestion, unable to digest what is going on around you.   

Disease reflects your perceptions of the world around you or your underlying beliefs.

There is a root core belief behind the illness, that if found, can reverse the disease.  You can choose another station to tune into.  Finding the source of conflict within ourselves and removing it is like taking your foot off of the garden hose and the water can begin to flow again. 

You are removing the conscious belief of a perceived stress and the energy within the body starts to flow again.  If you can choose a new way of thinking, which is possible, health may be restored. 

The internal conflict resolution restores the basic essence of our life force to all tissues reinstating the aim of our energy toward life (rather than death). Don’t stand on that garden hose, it hurts you.

If you believe that you are not worthy of thriving or you don’t deserve to thrive, you will not thrive.

It's like tuning a radio station to 99.9Hz, that is the only station you can receive.

If you do not like what you are receiving, change the station. In other words change the thought, and if you can’t, you need to find another way. 

Look for the false core belief you are holding and clear it.   This may take time, but it is better than masking a symptom, and there are no negative side effects.  

I work here as many people cannot clear these thoughts on their own and are not conscious of the core beliefs they are buying into at a subconscious level.  I can show you how to clear old belief patterns no longer serving you.  

A bad radio station is like a negative core belief, it's dis-ease. Tuning into a bad station doesn't allow you to pick up a different frequency, you're stuck listening to terrible music for hours. With a negative core belief you are not allowing yourself to see things outside of the darkness with which you perceive the world.

These chronic patterns are changeable. Seek to take the inner journey and change them.

It is really life changing to face the false beliefs stored in your subconscious and wash them out of your heart, patterning for life freeing ideas instead.  If you need assistance in pinpointing the dis-ease behind a disease, please seek assistance. Go Outside and Enjoy Your Planet - It Improves Your Health




Have you ever noticed that sometimes when you put your feet on the earth or just being in nature you feel better?

When I was younger and didn't feel my best I noticed that if I would go lay outside on the earth I would feel better.   

Now I know the science to support what I could feel occur within me. 

If you don’t actually sense the difference here’s some science supporting what I know and can feel, or what you may have already taken note of within yourself. 

In 1954 a scientist named Schumann discovered a frequency which travels around the earth and called in the Schumann frequency, 7.83Hz.  Later on a physician named Dr. Ankermueller made the correlation between the Schumann resonance and brainwaves of the alpha state, believing the earth had the same natural resonance as the human brain.  

König became Schumann’s successor at Munich University and determined the main frequency produced by the Schumann oscillations correlates closely to the frequency of alpha rhythms. 

There are 4 brainwave states: beta, alpha, theta, and delta.  Each brainwave state correlates to a specific frequency spectrum.  Your brain changes its frequency when going from an alert fully conscious beta state down to alpha, theta, and onto the delta deep sleep state.   

Alpha state is when the body enters into a light sleep/meditative state and its frequencies are from 7-14 Hz.  I’m sure you are aware of some of the benefits of meditation – relaxation, rest, peace, improved circulation , improved immunity, improved digestion, etc.  

This alpha state is induced when you connect yourself with the earth.

Max Planck Institute for Behavioral Physiology in Erling-Andechs, did a study which showed when volunteer students were removed from the earth’s natural magnetic fields (this Schumann resonance) and placed in a hermetically sealed environment for 4 weeks they suffered sleep disturbances, emotional duress along with migraines.   

After being exposed to the 7.8Hz frequency for a short period of time, their health once again stabilized. 

These similar symptoms were experienced by our first astronauts and Russian cosmonauts after being in space, also removed from earth’s Schumann frequency.   

Schumann frequency generators are now said to be part of the space programs.

The point is, if you don’t feel well or are just not quite right within yourself get outside.  

Sunshine on the body is important and so is placing your feet on the earth.  

There are studies showing that the energy flow of your body is changed significantly by connecting yourself with the earth.  

Do not insulate yourself from the earth, take your shoes off and place your feet directly on the earth, or lay on a natural fiber blanket under a tree outside.   

Natural fibers are conductive while synthetics insulate you and the point is to connect with the earth.  This will assist your body in returning to an alpha state which plays a vital role in maintaining your health and well being.

Go enjoy your planet, it’s a beautiful place.

8 Main Areas That Affect How Healthy and Happy You Are



People always want to know how to be healthier.  There is a lot that can be said about that but here are some points that I think most people should address.

Your body is the dwelling place of your soul.  It is the host for the Divine energy that flows through all of us.  It is your responsibility to take care of your body.


What affects the body?

  • Every thought you think,
  • everything you put in it,
  • everything you put on it,
  • the company you keep,
  • the things you say,
  • the things you do,
  • the things you hear,
  • the things you feel all affect who you are.  

Every one of these has a frequency which affects us in a variety of ways – mentally, spiritually, or physically.  

So, let’s break these 8 items mentioned above:

Thoughts – thoughts carry frequencies. Happy thoughts create chemicals that are released into the blood stream that cause overall sense of well being to improve.  Angry thoughts create endorphin cascades which cause an increase in the physical tension in our musculature.  As our muscles constrict they are not in a state of optimum strength, the energy which flows through the entire body is also constricted.  Organs will not get as much blood as they could for optimum functioning as the muscles constricted causing blood flow to decrease and the entire system is degraded. 

What you put in your body (hopefully food) – Whole and fresh foods have more innate life force in them and affect your body by supporting it without supplements.  If you eat highly processed foods like white foods, they are stripped of their innate nutrients.  Start eating real food, shop the perimeter of the grocery store; this is where the perishable items are located. They support the life within you.  If it comes in a box, package, or through a drive up window don’t eat it.  Soda was not intended to replace water.  Do not put anything in the body which will degrade its senses.  It’s not wise.  Your senses are there for a reason.  If they are hypersensitive there is a reason, if they are not sensitive there is a reason.

What you put on your body (body lotions, fragrance, colors, etc.) - Do not put anything on your body that you couldn’t eat.  Your skin is the largest organ of detoxification you have, don’t clog your body’s mechanism for excretion of toxins.  That is the skin.  You can use a variety of fruit or nut oils on your skin, you could whip them and add essential oils to support your senses.  It’s all natural, non-toxic, and biodegradable.  Wow! Look at my blog regarding the effects of color if you want to know more about how color effects you, take notice of what you're drawn too and if it makes you feel better or worse.  I suggest moving toward what makes you feel better. 

Company you keep - Would you want to go to a temple, church, or synagogue that was filled with a bunch of people who were dogmatic, judgmental, angry, dirty, etc.  ?  No, so do not keep your own body and your mind in that state. 

Words and Thoughts – There is a book called Your Word is Your Wand by Florence Scovel Shinn, she gives you great examples of how your words affect your world and how to better use your words.  Remember the book Your Erroneous Zones, by Dr. Wayne Dyer, he helps point your incorrect perceptions of your reality.  If you now realize that your thoughts affect the harmony and health of your body, imagine what putting more energy behind them does.  Happy thoughts will produce happiness, angry thoughts produce anger, and just as the beet seed produces a beet.  So watch how the perceptions of your reality, your thoughts, create the emotions within you, which change the entire chemical makeup of your body.  It is your perceptions that produce the inner thoughts that drive your state of being. 

If you would like to see the effects of words on water glasses changing the molecular structure of water check out Masaru Emoto’s book The Hidden Messages in Water.  He shows positive words positively impact the crystalline structure of a water molecule versus the effects of a negative word.  Imagine what those words, packed with emotion, being thought of in your head are doing to your body which is basically 80% water.

The things you do – your thoughts drive your actions, your actions reflect who you are.  Hopefully you can stand in place of honoring the person who you have become.  If you are not right in your heart with your actions then there is not harmony within your mind regarding your own self and this results in disharmony in the body.  Become conscious of your thoughts and actions for only you can choose them differently.

The things you feel – This is a complex thought, feelings.  You may feel emotionally happy or sad.  Each has its logical affects on your body.  You may feel that something is in alignment with you and it will feel good, or if it is not in alignment with you then a state of disharmony may be felt.  Listen to your guidance.  You may have a funny sense entering a building that you shouldn’t be there, then leave.  Follow your guidance, it always aims for life sustainment and your best interests if you don’t lie to yourself.  

You need to listen to your inner guidance that tells you what the best action is for you, not someone else’s belief is the right action for you. There is a careful balance in this as you look for advice or seek approval for your decisions to better yourself, realize you are the one who has to live with the repercussions of the decisions you make within this dwelling.  The decision has to sit in your heart with peace.  Don’t lie to yourself, it only works for a period of time.

You are responsible for your body, not all are created equal. 

Some are stronger physically, some are stronger mentally, some are stronger emotionally.  

Some have higher thresholds of pain, or consumption of poor quality foods, drugs, etc. 

Be wise in who you are within your body and don’t abuse it. 

Don’t waste your time envying someone else’s temple. 

Enhance and support yours to the best of your ability.   

Everything will have a repercussion to the actions you take.
