How Does Sound Affect Your Body?

I could show the negative or positive effects of different sounds on different people through the use of muscle testing, but that would require you to be in my presence.

In essence, one tests a muscle in the clear to make sure it's strong and functional.

If that same muscle that was strong in the clear goes weak when music is played for you, that music did not support your body.

The same thing happens when you lie, a once strong muscle will test week.

This is a generalization of muscle testing, and you want to make sure the person doing the testing is clean in their thoughts and intent, as they can affect the outcome.

Your body will lead you to the truth if you tap into it.

Certain sounds and music compositions have the power to adversely affect you, or positively support your health and well being.

Ultimately, you cannot lie to yourself.

The body looses energetic coherence between its conscious and subconscious beliefs when you lie - they are no longer in harmony.  Your subconscious mind knows your lying and you can't fake it out, this will cause a disharmony within yourself and depletes energy from within.

The muscle will go weak if you do not like something, if the sound doesn't resonate positively with you  it is not contributing to creating harmony within you. This may not be a conscious reaction.

Also, it’s not a good plan to fall asleep with noisy, cantankerous vocals going on as your subconscious mind is always alert and your conscious mind is not there to be a filter when you are sleeping.

What happens is that any information you are exposed to while you are asleep bypasses the conscious mind and goes right into the depths of your subconscious mind.

You would then be programming yourself with whatever the words of the music are saying.
Again, if you’re hearing talk about society being bad or anger at establishment, it will program you for more of this thinking pattern.

Who needs more of that?

Remember, focus on positive thoughts, things which you want to create more of in your life.

Wherever your thoughts go energy flows, so be wise with what you program yourself with.

Remember, choose music that creates harmony in your body, mind, and spirit.   Include vocals of a positive nature to support your entire being.

If you would like to read a little more about what I have written regarding sound and its affects on your health and well being read yesterdays blog.

    1. Thanks Jana for the comment. Harmony is what to aim for, but there is always something to learn from the disharmony, it moves us on to be all we can be.

  2. I love music, but not all music makes me feel in harmony so I definitely understand your suggestion to choose music that creates harmony in my mind, body and spirit. It's amazing what music can do - either good or bad - and it's never the same experience for two people. Thanks for an informative blog post...

    1. Thank you Evelyn for sharing your experiences in sound. Another aspect is that what brings peace and harmony today may not 5 years from now. So then, how then have you grown to need a new vibration to support you? It's always a great journey.

    1. Yea Kate, it's always a fun and useful tool to know how to muscle test. Eventually we have the ability to just know the truth within ourselves and don't need to test. It's nice though to have the backup to be able to re-test as that gift improves.
