Honoring Your Choices Leads to Peace Within Yourself

Honoring Your Choices Leads to Peace Within Yourself

Each person has a different path.  Depending on your choices, you create scenarios of what you want to learn in this life.

You have to go within to determine the right action for yourself.

Different perceptions and experiences lead to different beliefs of what is right or true for you in all aspects of your life.

There are obvious truths like don’t kill or steal.  However, if it’s in self defense or self preservation maybe it’s right.

You have to be okay with your action in the moment and be willing to live with the outcome of your actions.

Knowing  you did the best you could in the moment, honoring your own choices so that you can be at peace with you, leads to peace within yourself.

Perhaps at one point in your life you need to learn self acceptance, and at another point in your life you have to learn to deliberately choose for yourself a path that is easier in a worldly sense.  This is where wisdom comes in, realizing it’s about you and your choices, and what outcomes you believe are right for you.

Integrating what the head knows to be true along with what the heart knows to be true is most important.  The logic is in the faculties of the mind and the feelings are in the heart.  Integrate both in decision making to make the best choice for you.

The mind and the heart know it’s not right to physically hurt others.  If you punch someone that’s not right action; however, if you did it in self defense it is right.

If you randomly hurt others, just because you were angry etc., it does not make it right and you are actually hurting yourself.  Your heart can’t be lied to.  You will be physically constricting the energy within yourself and in some way your physical body will be suffer the repercussions of your actions.

If your action was in self defense your heart knows you had to protect you.

Perhaps you are in a place where you need to learn to just choose from the mind to make an appropriate decision, like don’t steal, it leads to jail.  Maybe you need to sacrifice the judgment on stealing food if you were feeding others.  Making the decision from the heart would is an entirely different approach.

The wisdom would be in integrating the two; however, you need to judge the right action for yourself in the moment, honor you self in it and be at peace with the consequences of your actions.  Think it out.

Others will always have an opinion, you don’t need to convince them yours is right, unless you are confronting a jury. You need to maintain peace within you.

The heart choices tend to require more faith as each person cannot explain their heart as it makes no logical sense.  The head choices require more will power  - knowing the deliberate action you must take for what you believe is the right action.

Integrating the two and realizing both are important creates more balance.  Are you needing to learn surrender from your head or your heart, or integration of both?  Neither one side nor the other side is right, they will both lead to different results.

What can you live with and what do you hold important to you?  This is what will lead to peace in the outcome.  What is right for you in the moment is what matters and that you learn from that choice how to honor yourself and your place of being.

Bottom line; enjoy your journey and what you are learning.

Relax into your decisions for you, you are the only thinker in your universe that can control your thoughts.  Your actions result in the outcome of your reality.

7 Ways to Make a Change in Your World and Re-Focus Your Life

Through love and compassion for you, all things are possible.  If you are stuck in the position of believing the worst for yourself in your life’s possibilities, stop, change your focus and start to believe for the best outcome for you.

You have this opportunity now to stop your thoughts and redirect your mind.  Believe for the best outcome for you and allow new opportunities to avail themselves to your conscious reality.

 DO so now.

There is no time like the present to make a change for yourself toward a better life.  This will also affect everyone in your life.

If you walk in a place of anger in your life, choose to commit yourself to walking through life differently.  If you walk in a place of sadness in your life, stop now, choose to commit yourself to walking through life with a different vantage point.  First notice what it is you want to change and then make the commitment to do so.  It is your life, live it for your own personal growth and enjoyment.

Are there old beliefs that are constantly coming up again and again to your conscious mind that you no longer want?  If so you need to address them, they need not haunt you your entire life.  Turn and face them, become aware of the thoughts of yourself or your world that you no longer choose to have as part of your conscious adventure of life.  Use techniques to change these thoughts, here are a few:

·     EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique – Releasing unwanted issues.
·         Light  -  Sun light can change emotional responses and more.
·         Color – Different colors cause you to react differently in the world around you.
·         Sound -  Same as color.
·         Prayer – enough said.

·         Essential Oils –  the same, using it to highten or subdue your reactions or heal the body in general.

More information on all these techniques coming in future blog posts.

Frequency and Energy Medicine

I just joined the ultimate blog challenge midstream and decided to cover some concepts behind energy medicine regarding the effects of frequency.  I want to cover some facts about frequency as all matter, whether it be solid, liquid, or gas is made up of molecules and atoms which are inherently in motion.  As we remember from our high school studies all molecules are in motion.

We may not see the motion, but ultimately we know that all electrons, photons, and neutrons are moving around in matter.    A table may appear to be solid, yet we know the molecules within it are in motion.

The only difference between a solid, liquid and gas are how close together those molecules are.  Solidity is a very strong visual illusion.

If things are vibrating they are carrying a frequency.  We know that every visible light wave has a different frequency; each sound has a different frequency as well.  Now we know matter, sound and light all have their signature frequencies.

Even though we may not recognize a specific color within our visible light spectrum, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist, and that the frequency is spinning around us.  Even though we do not consciously acknowledge an audible sound does not mean that the sound was not made.

This being as it is we realize we are bombarded by frequencies all day long whether we consciously recognize them or not.  Each frequency has its own affects on our body, mind and spirit.

Science is now starting to prove what people have innately known.  The color of light pink has a sedating effect on our nervous system and is now being used in mental institutions, prisons, and detention centers to calm people down.

The color red has a stimulating affect on our nervous system.  That is why bull fighters have used it for decades to stimulate a bull into action, where the color gold was used to calm it down.  What’s amazing is the bull is affected by the color even when it is color blind.

Henceforth, we subconsciously respond to the effects of the frequency of color on our entire system whether we consciously recognize it or not.

The frequency of sound has been shown to have stimulating or sedating effects as well.  Mozart has been shown to help students learn material quicker when played in the background while studying.

It has been shown that the power of sound may be used to affect the state of brain waves making it easier for us to go into a meditative alpha state quicker.  Using this idea we could more quickly achieve the alpha state of meditation when we have a noisy mind by making use of specific music compilations.

Frequencies affect us whether we want to admit it or not.  At a cellular level, we are affected by everything in our universe whether we consciously recognize it or not.

Using all of these items to our advantage, we can affect our state of health and well being.  I work with energy in the realm of healing as it has the ability to manipulate matter.  This is one aspect of what I do as a healer.

Healing and Limitations of Matter

I don’t believe that limitations in states of matter have to exist.  We are programmed for limitations of matter since birth so we believe in this.  Breaking what “science” has told us is valid is challenging in this concrete seeming world we live in. Believing in what we see with our eyes or experience with our five senses is normal and reaching through it for the ability of matter to shift is so illusory an idea to believe in but it’s well worth the journey.  Miracles do happen all the time.

I read a story which talked about a young boy in India demonstrating illusion to a group of young archeologists touring Asia from the U.S.  They surrounded the East Indian youth as he placed a seed in the ground and before their very eyes a seed sprouted into a sapling and then into a tree and from there an orange came forth.  The Indian youth encouraged the American to go forth and pick the fruit, when he did so the entire illusion disappeared.

The American who picked the fruit was irritated and vowed to never fall prey to this illusion again.  The Indian boy begged his forgiveness and said that his teacher could really manifest the orange tree in solid matter.  He ran to get his teacher and brought him before the Americans once again.  Again, a seed was placed in the ground and from it a tree sprouted and from it grew an orange right before their very eyes.  Again, an American was urged to pick the fruit, this time the orange was real.  The boy wanted to prove to them that this could be done.  The guru fired his disciple after the demonstration.

Don’t trust what your eyes tell you.

They are deceiving, but convenient in this world.

Illusions are what the magicians make us believe are real.

Besides, if all of us know from our science studies that all electrons are always in motion, then why do we choose to believe that a table is solid?  If you’ve ever bent a spoon or fork with your energy rather than your physical strength you’ve experienced that there is a split second where our believing gives way to truth and the spoon bends. Some people do this through the art of illusion and some people do this with phenomenon.
There are some martial artists that can push a straw through a solid piece of wood without the straw bending, make paper bust into flames between their hands, or even levitate.  When is it magic versus phenomenon?

That’s another conversation.
