Making a Change With EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique -



Negative emotions cause a disruption in the flow of energy within the body.  Some people actually become aware of body pain coming on when experiencing a negative reaction to people, places, or events. 

Then they start to realize that when they release the negative charge to that person place or event, etc. their body pain goes away. Surprise! There goes that body-mind connection again.  Here is a very basic way to use EFT. 
  
EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique – You actually tap on a series of acupressure points which correspond to meridian flows in your body. This may be used to help re-program your way of thinking and clear negative blocks.


Above is an image depicting  points to tap on.  Tap these points while repeating the following type of statements.  A good place to start is :

"I deeply and completely love and accept myself exactly the way I am here and now."

Everyone could use to do a little bit more of that. 

You can use EFT for anything and everything.  Just the tapping points will make you feel better so don’t worry about what affirmations you use as long as they feel good to you.

7 Ways to Make a Change in Your World and Re-Focus Your Life



Through love and compassion for you, all things are possible.  If you are stuck in the position of believing the worst for yourself in your life’s possibilities, stop, change your focus and start to believe for the best outcome for you. 

You have this opportunity now to stop your thoughts and redirect your mind.  Believe for the best outcome for you and allow new opportunities to avail themselves to your conscious reality. 

 DO so now. 

There is no time like the present to make a change for yourself toward a better life.  This will also affect everyone in your life. 

If you walk in a place of anger in your life, choose to commit yourself to walking through life differently.  If you walk in a place of sadness in your life, stop now, choose to commit yourself to walking through life with a different vantage point.  First notice what it is you want to change and then make the commitment to do so.  It is your life, live it for your own personal growth and enjoyment.

Are there old beliefs that are constantly coming up again and again to your conscious mind that you no longer want?  If so you need to address them, they need not haunt you your entire life.  Turn and face them, become aware of the thoughts of yourself or your world that you no longer choose to have as part of your conscious adventure of life.  Use techniques to change these thoughts, here are a few:

·     EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique – Releasing unwanted issues.
·         Light  -  Sun light can change emotional responses and more.
·         Color – Different colors cause you to react differently in the world around you.
·         Sound -  Same as color.
·         Prayer – enough said.
·         Ho’oponopono – effective in clearing emotional blocks within yourself toward you or others.
·         Essential Oils –  the same, using it to highten or subdue your reactions or heal the body in general.

Through the use of these techniques, you will notice a change in your state of consciousness.  You will be clearing blocks which will make it more easy for you to achieve a state of compassion for yourself and others, leading to a better world all the way around.

Support Yourself, What Needs Healing?



Supporting your body on the path of healing is so important.  Whatever it is that is throwing you off, be it anger, resentment, chronic or acute diseases, sadness, various aches and pains, this is what you believe is needing healing.  Start there.  Balance nutrition, rest, exercise, and pursue a cure, knowing that it is possible.

Our health is not just our bodies, but it is an integration of body, mind and spirit.  Over the years of working with chronic disease in energy medicine, I saw that there was always some issue behind a disease pattern.  That’s why frequency matching didn’t seem to work all of the time.  If you can get to the issue behind the disease, you can then address it.  That’s where spiritual healing comes in.

It seems that disease mimics in our body our judgments or issues we have with our world.  Maybe foot pain is afraid to stand on your own, leg problems are afraid to step forward in life, and then there is our belief that this is the way the body is supposed to go, or the belief that my parents had this issue, why wouldn’t I?   

Your fear of it or focus on it draws it closer to you.  Your disdain for weak people maybe makes you weak later in life and then you end up with disdain for yourself that shuts the body down. When all you have to do is turn and love that part of you, and have respect for that aspect of yourself, this thought alone may free the body up to heal itself.  

People first of all have to want to heal.  Looking behind the disease pattern is not necessarily an easy journey.  It makes us have to look at our own issues lurking in the shadows within ourselves.  The only way to free ourselves from ourselves is to turn and face these thoughts we have in those shadowy areas of ourselves.  Choose differently and know you can.  

If we are in reaction to the world around us, it is our reaction and only we can change it.

Positive Thoughts Create a Happier Body



Yesterday I wrote about frequency regarding how all things in our world have an effect on us.  

Since I work with people who have issues in their life they want to change I thought I would write about the power of frequency in changing how we feel.  

Thoughts definitely carry their own energy imprint in a specific frequency.  Yesterday I wrote about sound, and color carrying frequencies that affect us.  Well, your thoughts play a huge role in how you perceive the world around you.  These thoughts create your reality. 

 

Positive thoughts create a chemical response in the body causing endorphins to be released into our system which cause us to feel good.  Your brain registers this and has a happy response to the positive endorphin cascade.  Candice Pert wrote about this in her book Molecules Of Emotion: The Science Behind Mind-Body Medicine.   

 

As with a positive response, there is also an effect to thinking in terms of doom and gloom.  These types of thoughts create what I would label negative emotions and create negative endorphin cascade making us feel less than happy.   You get the idea.

 

Positive endorphin cascades can also be triggered by putting a smile on your face.  This expression of a smile automatically releases happy causing chemicals within your body.  Malcolm Gladwell wrote about this in Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking. 

 

You can drive a positive endorphin cascade from either thinking a happy thought or putting a different expression on your face.  How wonderful is that?  Your enjoyment and reaction to the world around you can be tailored to be what you want it to be.  To wake up every day and know that you are in control of your vision of the world around you and your reactions to it, isn’t that empowering?

 

If you are in a gloomy space within yourself, watch a funny movie, or just put a smile on your face.  This will actually cause “feel good” hormones to be released into your body which will have an uplifting effect on your entire being. 

 

When you’re sick, your immune system is compromised and your body is in an acidic state.  Refocusing your mind to the positive will cause a positive endorphin cascade and help you to feel better. I am sure there is science somewhere backing that it also shifts your pH to a more alkaline state.  

 

Try to put a smile on your face if you can.  This smile will subconsciously affect the chemical makeup of your body which will enhance your overall sense of well being.  If you do this for 21days straight, it then becomes a habit and your brain will be more addicted to the positive endorphins and you will be more consistently able to reach that state of being.

Frequency and Energy Medicine



I just joined the ultimate blog challenge midstream and decided to cover some concepts behind energy medicine regarding the effects of frequency.  I want to cover some facts about frequency as all matter, whether it be solid, liquid, or gas is made up of molecules and atoms which are inherently in motion.  As we remember from our high school studies all molecules are in motion.

We may not see the motion, but ultimately we know that all electrons, photons, and neutrons are moving around in matter.    A table may appear to be solid, yet we know the molecules within it are in motion.   

The only difference between a solid, liquid and gas are how close together those molecules are.  Solidity is a very strong visual illusion.

If things are vibrating they are carrying a frequency.  We know that every visible light wave has a different frequency; each sound has a different frequency as well.  Now we know matter, sound and light all have their signature frequencies.   

Even though we may not recognize a specific color within our visible light spectrum, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist, and that the frequency is spinning around us.  Even though we do not consciously acknowledge an audible sound does not mean that the sound was not made.  

 This being as it is we realize we are bombarded by frequencies all day long whether we consciously recognize them or not.  Each frequency has its own affects on our body, mind and spirit.

Science is now starting to prove what people have innately known.  The color of light pink has a sedating effect on our nervous system and is now being used in mental institutions, prisons, and detention centers to calm people down.   

The color red has a stimulating affect on our nervous system.  That is why bull fighters have used it for decades to stimulate a bull into action, where the color gold was used to calm it down.  What’s amazing is the bull is affected by the color even when it is color blind.  

 Henceforth, we subconsciously respond to the effects of the frequency of color on our entire system whether we consciously recognize it or not. 

The frequency of sound has been shown to have stimulating or sedating effects as well.  Mozart has been shown to help students learn material quicker when played in the background while studying.  

It has been shown that the power of sound may be used to affect the state of brain waves making it easier for us to go into a meditative alpha state quicker.  Using this idea we could more quickly achieve the alpha state of meditation when we have a noisy mind by making use of specific music compilations.

Frequencies affect us whether we want to admit it or not.  At a cellular level, we are affected by everything in our universe whether we consciously recognize it or not.   

Using all of these items to our advantage, we can affect our state of health and well being.  I work with energy in the realm of healing as it has the ability to manipulate matter.  This is one aspect of what I do as a healer.
