Energy Behind Disease

Each disease has its own energy imprint.  Usually disease reflects what is bothering you whether at a conscious or subconscious level.

You may not want to look at what is inside, keeping your thoughts tied up for hours, or something you’re wanting to avoid acknowledging,  but it’s worth facing.

It’s all okay, in time we are all pushed to confront these things.

You may not want to hold onto negative thoughts about yourself, but if you do, know it is possible to free yourself from them.  If you don’t, some  sort of chaos will ensue which pushes you to confront your own beliefs.

Whether it be you are craving for the sweetness of life and so blood sugar issues set in,  or you can’t stop saying bad things about another and have bad teeth, or you don’t want to look within and be alone with your own thoughts so you lose your hearing, it is all assisting you to take a journey within so you may freed from these hidden beliefs.

Whatever your individual avoidance mechanism is I suggest you look at it before it manifests disease.  Be it bitterness toward someone you won’t let go of, fear of being in a certain situation, fear of holding yourself up, anger over a specific incident, etc.

These ideas go on and on.  You are the only thinker in your head.  You need to take control of your ideas.  This is why Louise Hay, in her books, comes up with all of those great sayings to change your underlying thoughts; each issue with our bodies is related to something we tell ourselves.

My mission statement is “Consciously Disperse Dis-Ease to Avoid or Dissolve Disease.” Become conscious of your inner subconscious self talk and it will liberate you once you address it.    Where your thoughts go, energy does flow.

I can feel people’s energy patterns within their body when I am in a state of compassion and they allow me to help them.  I was once treating a lady who was chronically ill and was telling me once again about what an awful life she had, as she spoke I could feel she was hurting her own physical body as she went into detail not wanting to stop.

If you don’t want to let go of the pain and reach for forgiveness and learn deeper compassion you will be held in the thoughts of pain and dis-ease which creates disease.  I hope you choose not to be there.

Our perceptions do create our reality.  When we are caught in the throes of negative reality, it may take us a long time to come out, but when we start to choose different thoughts about what we perceive then the reality shifts.

It’s not always an easy path if you didn’t start out being positive or feeling secure, but it is possible to thrive and for symptoms to go away.

If you are having difficulties in any of these areas or have physical ailments that you would like to improve or remove, please contact me for assistance.

  2. So true Dr. Joseph, we need to be mindful of what's really going on inside of us, especially when we are in pain. It would help us immensely to begin to pray and look within. Looking within not from a place of judgement or condemnation but from allowing and compassion.

    1. Amen to that DTaRelle, I use prayer to clear a lot of deep beliefs that people hold to be true that are no longer serving them. The only path is from allowing and compassion. You can actually feel the release when it happens. Keep on working with it.

  3. Interesting post Dr Samanatha. I fully agree that our perceptions create our reality, the difficulty is in recognising this and then making a conscious effort to move on. Thanks for posting!

    1. Absolutely, this is why I do spiritual healing work to assist in locating the false belief linked to the disease. Also, it's not always that clear cut on how to remove it. In my life I have learned how to do this through trial and error, and realizing we all need assistance. Since I am good at it this is where I decided to put my focus, also I could see the most movement and release from this process.

  4. Thanks for the post. There is a definite correlation between energy, thoughts, dis-ease/not letting go. Hay's position on this in her work is quite valid. I use a variety of techniques to stay in rhythm with the universe including chanting nam-myoho-rnege kyo (19+ years), 12 step work (26+ years), affirmations, exercise etc.
